Psylocke Crowned Miss Rubber World 2013

NEW YORK CITY—Swedish fetish model Psylocke was crowned Miss Rubber World 2013, with the presentation of the award considered  by many attendees to be the high point of the New York Rubber Ball, an international gathering of latex and rubber enthusiasts. Putting Psylocke over the top was a risky fantasy performance, featuring a catheter bag and champagne glasses as a kinky offering to the judges, before going into a dance routine wearing ballet boots, a latex hood and catsuit. Psylocke has appeared in Marquis, Bound by Ink, Fetish Fashion 2011 and Rubberdoll.net. She has walked the runway at Dominatrix 2012, Montreal Fetish Weekend, and has modeled latex fashions for Lovely Latex, HW Design, and Inner Sanctum. Psylocke has a members site in progress, which will be found here. Psylocke's duties as Miss Rubber World 2013 will be to promote the rubber fetish community, and to act as a representative of the community at international fetish events. With the title, tiara and sash comes over $6,000 worth of rubber merchandise, accessories, and gifts from sponsors such as Coclate Latex, The Baroness, Kink Engineering, Cinched Tight Corsets, FetishMovies.com, Dawnamatrix, and Kimberlicious Latex. Rubber dominatrix Queen Titania was the first runner up, with up and coming latex model Angel Eena from Tennessee winning third place. The winning contestants also took home thousands of dollars worth of prizes from Demask, Madria Latex, Purple Passion, Black Sheep Latex, Zuss, Artwith, Vex Clothing, Inner Sanctum, Rubberluv, Am Statik, Fetisso, Kriszta's Latex, Dollskin, Kinky Cat, Spandexwear.com, FDL Latex, Fetasia, HMS Latex, Essential Latex, and Lust Designs. The event featured several fashion shows by sponsors Klawtex, Vengeance, Inner Sanctum, and The Baroness. Vengeance presented their new "Discipline" rubber uniform line, while Klawtex debuted the new "Dirty 30's" nostalgic line of latex fashions. The Baroness used the event to highlight her new metallic-colored latex dresses and summer latex clothing. Footage from the event is available for broadcast, and a DVD of event highlights is in post-production, to be released in the near future.
