Matrix Models Joins LATATA

LOS ANGELES—The Licensed Adult Talent Agency Trade Association (LATATA) has announced the addition of Matrix Models as a new member of the association. LATATA organizer Derek Hay of LA Direct Models told AVN that he's known Matrix Models owner John Steven for roughly 10 years. Steven is known in the industry for having a keen eye for scouting new talent. "We are very pleased John has joined, and though Matrix Models is a smaller agency, John has a good reputation and is known for being an excellent scout/recruiter, having found many girls who have gone on to be stars in our industry such as Kayden Kross, Brea Lynn, Hannah Hilton and currently Jessie Rogers, who is now with LA Direct," Hay said. "[They] were all scouted by John in the first instance." Hay also reiterated that any licensed agency is welcome to join LATATA. Current members of the association include LA Direct Models, Spiegler Girls, ATM LA, Foxxx Modeling, Type 9 Models, and now Matrix Models. "LATATA's goals are to promote the highest standards of responsible talent representation in the industry for the benefit of all who work with agencies, agents and talent," Hay said. "Of course one of our current efforts is to diminish or remove the myriad unlicensed and illegally operating agencies that have grown up within the business."
