Miami Dolphin's Chad Johnson Serious About Porn... Really

MIAMI—There has already have been an adult performer with the name Chad Johnson. Albeit a gay one, but that doesn't mean that Miami Dolphin Chad Johnson can't climb on board the porn train using the same name, or a new one. Johnson's proclivity to change his name led tube site Pornhub.com in June to offer the wide receiver—who was then named Chad Ochincinco, $69,000 to change his name again. AVN.com reported at the time, "Ochocinco changed his name from Johnson in 2008 to represent the numbers on his jersey—85—while playing for the Cincinnati Bengals. He said in February that he would change his name back to Johnson before his impending marriage to Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada so she would not have to take Ochocinco as her last name." Pornhub was asking Ochocinco to change his name to Chad Seisnueve on June 9 for 24 hours. The offer was not accepted. But Ochocinco, who once again goes by Johnson, has continued to maintain a distinct interest in the porn industry, and yesterday he made mention of it during his first news conference as a Miami Dolphin and a newly married man. According to nesn.com, Johnson was asked what he'd be doing if he wasn't playing football. "I was thinking about going into porn," Johnson said. Responding to the laughs that ensued, he added seriously, "It's not funny. I got to earn a living. I mean I'm serious; that's what I would do. I don't have a choice." Asked what his new bride would think of that, he said, "I have to provide." Whether he was kidding or not, Johnson can expect a new round of offers from the adult industry that go far beyond paying him to change his name.
