Border Patrol Agents Gone Wild

SAN DIEGO—U.S. Border Patrol Agent Kallie Helwig stands accused of performing oral sex in public on a fellow border control agent while seated in the audience during a Cirque du Soleil performance May 27 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. But no one actually saw her mouth on a dick, so instead of being charged with a sex offense, the 24-year-old brunette is in trouble for punching the woman who called security on her and her date, Gerald Torello, 35. According to CBS8.com, "Both agents were arrested after a fight erupted between the female agent and an audience member who complained to security about the behavior." A woman in the audience who spoke to the news channel on condition of anonymity, said of Helwig. "She had her head in his lap. It looked like her head and her hand where moving up and down and it looked like she was giving him oral sex in public." The woman, who said she used a strobe light on her cell phone to signal security, reportedly said that "two young children that were sitting in the row in front of them had turned around and were watching them." After alerting security, the alleged oral sex stopped, the woman said, but after the show things just went from bad to worse. On the way out of the arena, the woman said that Torello and Helwig waited for them by the exit, where they accosted her and her husband. According to CBS8, "Agent Helwig is accused of punching the woman three times in the face, while Agent Torello scuffled with the woman's husband." Deputies responded to calls for assistance, ultimately citing Helwig for misdemeanor battery and detaining Torello for being drunk in public. He was later released. The two are on leave while an investigation is being conducted by U.S. Border Patrol, which issued the following statement: "All CBP employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner while on or off duty. CBP stresses honor and integrity in every aspect of our mission, and the overwhelming majority of CBP employees and officers perform their duties with honor and distinction, working tirelessly every day to keep our country safe. CBP takes every allegation of misconduct seriously and each allegation is investigated." In her defense, according to a police report, Helwig told deputies, "She wasn't feeling well so she had her head on (Agent) Torello's lap and he was rubbing her stomach." Interestingly, despite the alarming allegations no witness to the event said they saw any specific sexual contact, and neither agent was charged with a sex in public offense. The unnamed woman who was attacked is still planning to sue the agents.
