CYBERSPACE — Micro stock photography website AdultStockPhoto.com is not a simple domain sale, it is a fully functional stock photo service begun in 2010 by industry veteran, Mario B. After noticing a true need for a service like this, Mario B. developed AdultStockPhoto.com, a site which has matured, but its owner believes that it is still in the early stages of its growth. What that means in number is more than 1400 members (1100 buyers and 300 sellers) and more than 7000 quality images. The site currently manages itself, except for the upload approval process, which is quick and easy to manage through the admin. The site has several optional modules and can integrate a various number of billers, although it currently bills through CCBill and Pay Pal. According to Mario B., the site has had only good feedback and little exposure from concrete or paid marketing, but it has been nominated a 2011 award. “I manage the site with very little effort, putting in only a few hours a week (between four and eight hours),” Mario B. observes. “The site has been targeted towards the micro-stock photo industry rather than Adult, so there is a wide market to acquire. There is very little competition and I'd say no other site matches our quality of content.” For those wondering why a man would sell a site that requires so little effort to turn a profit, Mario B. explains that the birth of a daughter has reaffirmed his desire to work away from adult.
