Naughty America Partners with Operators of Infidelity Site, Ashley Madison

SAN DIEGO—Naughty America has announced a partnership with social entertainment company and AshleyMadison.com operators, Avid Life Media Inc.  Paying members of San Diego-based Naughty America will now find a co-branded site showcasing the infidelity-themed AshleyMadison.com within the members' area, as well as CougarLife.com, a dating site geared toward older women seeking younger men, and vice versa.  "Our similar philosophies on being naughty brought us together," said Naughty America CEO, Eddie Arenas. "We saw the synergy and it made sense to partner up and create a co-branded version of their hugely successful dating site."  "I'm also a huge fan of their offline marketing initiatives, from the Super Bowl ad to the billboards praising Newt Gingrich for his infidelities," Arenas said.  Noel Biderman, CEO of Toronto-based Avid Life Media Inc., reciprocated enthusiasm for the new partnership.  "From our perspective, Naughty America has built one of the most notable brands in the world and has done an incredible job of identifying popular trends and lifestyles, which Avid has been supremely focused on since its own inception," Biderman said.
