ICM Registry Releases Trademark White Paper

PALM BEACH, FL—ICM Registry today released a white paper on trademark issues. The white paper can be read here. Earlier this month, Manwin, parent company of Brazzers, sent a letter to ICM Registry demanding protection of its domain names and trademarks as the launch date for .XXX nears. Hustler has also issued a public statement on the subject of its trademarks and the .xxx top-level domain.
