His skill in clarifying client issues, advocating solutions, mobilizing cross-functional support and facilitating decision-making in complex situations have empowered Eric in his previous roles in the payment processing space. Prior to joining L3, Eric served as senior manager of North American sales for Language Line Services, where he led a team of 15 people representing over $175 million in annual sales.  Eric’s team serviced named accounts of large, reputable companies, including Allstate, JPMC, Bank of America, Time Warner, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Direct TV, Progressive, Geico, State Farm and CitiGroup, among others.
