<b>LOS ANGELES, CA --</b> Howard Levine, a larger-than-life figure in adult entertainment for more than two decades, has resumed sales responsibility for Vivid Entertainment through Pulse Distribution.
Levine represented Vivid for 18 years until 2007, when he began working full-time on Playboy’s Club Jenna line, which Pulse also represents. At Pulse, Levine will continue to handle sales for Club Jenna and will add Teravison, SunLust Pictures and the adult film parodies of Axel Braun to his portfolio.
Pulse Distribution is a domestic and international distributor of adult films across multiple platforms including DVD, broadcast, internet and wireless. Founded in August 2005 by Jim Kohls, former president of LFP Inc., and Mark Hamilton, former executive vice president of LFP Video Inc., Pulse has represented Vivid since the distributor’s inception.
“I’m very excited to be returning to Vivid,” said Levine. “I was with the company for almost two decades, and it’s great to be going back home. I would like to express my gratitude to Jim Kohls, Mark Hamilton and especially to Steven Hirsch. Vivid is widely recognized as the industry leader, and we’ve got some incredible releases coming up. I am so pleased to be back in the saddle again.”
Vivid Chief Executive Officer Hirsch Levine’s familiarity with Vivid’s products and oeuvre is a plus.
