In May of 2008 Trina Michaels made her debut in the world of pro wrestling working on the XPW (Xtreme Pro Wrestling) reunion show. Most didnt think Trina would hang around let alone be interested in wrestling but very few knew she was a big fan.. Its all entertainment and thats the part I enjoy. I love to entertain people and I think thats what attracted me to the wrestling and what has kept my interest.
One year later (June 2009), Trina is still in the wrestling business and doing very well. So well that many wrestling insiders claim a recent in ring promo on WWEs Monday Night Raw was copied from Trina on a show she did in April in Los Angeles. Ive heard that story and read all the press about it. If its true then I am honored but who knows said Trina. The following week on TNA (Total Nonstop Action) which airs on SPIKE TV, wrestling legend Mick Foley dropped Trinas name on 2 different occasions. It was really cool Mick did that. I knew ahead of time about it, but its so surreal when you actually see it on tv. Trina plays a heel also known as the bad guy role in wrestling. She has worked for multiple companies in California, Pennsylvania and Texas. Her biggest show to date was working Christmas night in Mexico for Triple A (AAA) which is the number one promotion in the country. Trinas thoughts on that show: I was scared as fuck driving there. I had to drive alone since my friend didnt have a passport. Once the show started I had an amazing time and worked with some big names in the wrestling world. I was told the door was always open for me to return there. Wrestling journalist, talent, promoters and fans have all been very impressed with Trina and it appears big things are in store for her. She wont talk about them publicly yet but says people will be shocked. Trinas fans (known as TrinaManiacs) follow her every step on her MYSPACE page (myspace.com/katrina113 ) and YOUTUBE page ( youtube.com/trinamichaelsvideos ) . Trina has plans to attend several events in the Florida area in July and make a trip to L.A. for the TNA pay per view Bound for Glory in October.
