ALEKTRA BLUE jessica drake, Kaylani Lei, Kirsten Price, And Mikayla Mendez Team Up For Brad Armstrong's Cyberpunk Epic 2040
Wicked Pictures is pleased to announce that 2009 AVN award-winning Director Of The Year Brad Armstrong (Fallen) is returning to the genre of thought provoking erotic science fiction he previously explored to great acclaim in the classic AVN and XRCO award winner Euphoria. Starring Alektra Blue, jessica drake, Kaylani Lei, Kirsten Price, and Mikayla Mendez, 2040 is a provocative look at the future of adult entertainment that will shoot for the next two weeks on locations in and around Los Angeles.
A high-tech step into the world of tomorrow featuring authentic props and sets from some of today's finest A-budget sci-fi flicks, 2040's intriguing premise portrays a world where adult filmmaking has gone through a number of changes, the biggest being the introduction of sex droids as performers (over the last few decades, thanks to government intervention, human performers have all but become a thing of the past). The humans have been replaced by the latest in life-like sex droids (this is what “love dolls” have evolved into over the years). These "anabots" have the capacity to move, talk, and of course, make love…and with the advent of the MRA-5 (the latest prototype from an up-and-coming robo-designer) they can even feel. (In an interesting cross-marketing tie-in, Wicked is expected to announce a major collaboration with a contemporary love doll creator that will feature some of the designs debuted in 2040).
Into this world comes the MRA-5 affectionately known as Mira (AVN award winner Alektra Blue), the prototype anabot. She is brought on-set to do a scene with a human named Ryan (a role that finds AVN and XRCO award winner Randy Spears playing his own son!) as a replacement for another android that has malfunctioned. The scene is incredible, and the people on the set are astonished by how life-like she is. Ryan can’t believe it either…and somewhere during the scene something happens - she begins to “feel" - she’s more real than anyone could have ever imagined. There is an immediate chemistry/attraction between the two, and they are instantly bound by what will turn out to be a forbidden love. But before long, it appears there’s a "ghost in the machine." Mira’s programming seems to have a flaw in it…and only time will tell just how close to human she really is!
