Featuring its award winning ethnic and interracial content starring gonzo's biggest stars and directed by its acclaimed directors, Mercenary Pictures launches its all-new website for consumers, MercenaryPicturesVideo.com.
The site will feature all of Mercenary Pictures' titles Ñ from "Black Reign," winner of AVN's Best Ethnic Series, to "Fresh Out the Box" and "Top Guns" Ñ as well as those of its subsidiary, Black Viking Pictures, for sale on DVD. Fans will also have the option to buy items autographed by company owner, three time AVN Male Performer of the Year and Hall of Famer, Lexington Steele.
Detailed biographies of the company's directors can be found on the site, as well as up to the minute news about Steele. The site will also feature a VOD theater and Steele's video blog. Future plans include live, streaming shows over the internet.
"This will be our way of forging a sense of community with our fans," Steele said. "I'll post my thoughts, as will the others in our office, including Art Director Mona Blu. The fans will also be encouraged to write in with their questions, which I'll answer. We're very excited to bring not just the content, but the people of Mercenary Pictures who make it all possible."
Steele is also working on bringing original ideas for programming to the site, above and beyond what the X-rated scenes fans expect.
"What we're planning is a show that'll be the meeting of the minds," he added. "It's not like anything anyone's doing in the adult industry and it'll give the fans a real insight to players in the industry and their favorite performers. They'll see a side of the X-rated business they've never seen before."
