VCX and Celluloid Addiction wrapped its showing at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in Vegas, giving its fans a look at Michael Ninn's latest masterpiece, "Nymphetamine," to tremendous response from the attendees.
Fans were enthralled by the latest creation from Ninn, an iconic and award winning director credited as one of the fathers of the adult industry's "artcore" movement. They were not only taken by the movie's stunning videography but by the its promotional stills as well, taking photos of and in front of booth's posters for the movie.
"Nymphetamine" is Ninn's debut release through his new distribution partnership, Celluloid Addiction, and marks his return to adult moviemaking.
The movie features an all-star cast that includes former contract girl Jana Cova, European sexual sensation Jennifer Dark, Playboy Playmate Heather Carolin as well as Penthouse Pets Jana Jordan, Georgia Jones, Alyssa Reece, Celeste Star and Charlie Laine. Sexy newcomers Karlie Montana and Faye Reagan also appear in the movie.
David Sutton, a Celluloid Addiction partner and president of VCX, said the action from fans and buyers was nothing short of amazing and proved there was much pent-up demand for new movies from Ninn.
"The response from the booth was incredible and the everyone asked about Ninn and what was coming up," Sutton added. "Considering the problems everyone's having now, the turnout to the booth and the foot traffic was impressive. Celluloid Addiction had a great first show."
Celluloid Addiction currently plans a total of 12 movies in 2009, and all will feature the production values of Ninn's past big budget, high end titles Ñ "Sex," "Shock" and "Latex" Ñ and will be instant classics like his past projects. The company also announced the next release from Ninn, scheduled for release in late February, "Solamente."
VCX's title released on Inauguration Day, "Fuck Bush," also garnered its own buzz at the show. The all-star lineup of "Fuck Bush" includes some of adult's most memorable and awarded stars including Kay Parker, Seka, Desiree Cousteau, Serena, Dorothy LeMay and the king, John Holmes. Packaged in perhaps the most provocative cover yet seen from the classic powerhouse, "Fuck Bush" is doing huge pre-order numbers.
"We're finally seeing the end of this administration, and there's no better way for anyone to
send a message about what they thought about it than to pick up a copy of 'Fuck Bush.'"
